Background
In the early 1990s, I co-founded the Light Worker Center in Hilo, Hawai’i with Machteld (Mary Rose) Krijgsman and Suzanne Robinson. We envisioned the space as a venue for healers and teachers to share their knowledge and practices.
While we were still painting the space, we received a telephone call from two women in Australia, who wanted to know if they could schedule an aura expansion workshop.
We hardly considered ourselves open and had no idea how the women in Australia knew about the Center. We did take their call as a sign that the Center was going to be a busy place.
And indeed it was. For three years, morning, afternoon, and evening, the teachers and healers came from all over the world and from our home base of Hawai’i. Some taught a very basic introductory class and some taught highly advanced esoteric disciplines.
One day, we discovered a file in our publishing program that we had not seen before and to this day do not know how the file appeared in our directory. We presented the contents of that file as a potential which we were certainly willing to embrace. We did not, however, lay any claim to be the realization of the prophecy.
“This glimpse into Mu through my channeled writings, coupled with legend, inspired thoughts of a new world based on sacred principles, as in the beginning of civilization when humanity burned with a spiritual fire and lived close to the progenitors in interdimensional time. Contemplating the material on ancient Mu, I thought about the predictions for its resurrection at the cusp of the twenty-first century. Edgar Cayce predicted a pole shift and lands appearing in the Pacific, while the Lemurian Fellowship has indicated that spiritual communities are to be built around the world, and a light center on a Pacific Island will be “the first city of the new Golden Age.”* The phoenix continent and new community will announce the end of the fourth world and Piscean Age, and greet the arrival of the fifth world and Aquarian Age. Whether or not the prophecies come true, Mu is a light center that was, that exists in remnants today and will possibly be born again, shaped according to our visions.” * David Hatcher Childress, Lost Cities of Ancient Lemuria and the Pacific, Stelle, Ill., Adventures Unlimited Press, 1987, p. 352.
During this intense period of spiritual training, I found myself waking up in the middle of the night, going down to the Center, turning on the computer, and typing up an entire story in one sitting. Literally, a spiritual awakening took place.
After three years and unable to find others to take part of the load of administering the Center, we closed the space.
I collected the five or six stories I had channeled and put them up on the Light Worker Center website for anyone to find.
Years later, the time would come for those stories to emerge, be combined with new information coming to me, and produce the book now known to be The Conscious Bible.
